Strength & Flow Yoga

Vinyasa, Power, and Dynamic Flow Classes

These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through intentional, breath-led movement. Expect creative sequencing, mindful transitions, and moments to reconnect with your breath as you move.

Strength & Flow classes are ideal if you’re looking to feel energized, grounded, and strong while cultivating focus and inner clarity. Options range from steady, approachable flows to more athletic and heat-building practices.

Strength & Stillness classes blend dynamic movement with longer, grounding holds. You’ll begin with flowing sequences to warm the body, then transition into slower postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

This category reflects the heart of our philosophy, strength in motion, stillness in presence.

Pilates & Fusion Classes

Core-Focused, Low-Impact Strength

Our Pilates and fusion classes emphasize alignment, precision, and controlled movement. These offerings blend Pilates principles with mindful yoga flow to build core strength, improve posture, and support functional movement.

Classes are accessible yet effective, offering a full-body workout without high impact.

Finding your class

If you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, we recommend starting with a Flow, Strength & Stillness, or Ease class. If you’re craving deeper rest, explore Stillness & Sound. Looking to build strength without impact? Our Pilates and Fusion classes are a beautiful place to begin.
