All classes are taught in our warm studio (87° - 90°), appropriate for a wide range of skill levels, and we encourage our students to modify or substitute where preferred.

We offer a variety of classes every week based on variations of a Vinyasa Flow. These include:

Pi-Yo

PI-YO Fusion blends the strength-building elements of Pilates with the fluid, mindful movements of yoga. This class is designed to enhance core stability, flexibility, and overall body alignment. You'll move through a series of dynamic exercises that sculpt and tone your muscles while improving posture, balance, and mental focus. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a holistic approach to fitness, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and revitalized.

Strength with Ease

This slow power flow class mindfully integrates Vinyasa poses with longer holds, allowing you to find the ease in strength and stillness. A blend of invigorating postures and mindful breathwork enhances physical strength and endurance, while emphasizing groundedness. Expect creative sequencing and holds lasting anywhere from six to twelve breaths. We may also utilize blocks and other props. Please note that this is not a gentle yoga class; this class is designed to ease you into your day with powerful holds that allow you to tap into your unique strength, breath, and body.

Meditation & Breathwork

We offer a variety of classes beyond movement. These classes include:

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a modified version of the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa. It creates an opportunity for foundation, community and strength. You'll move through sun salutations (suryanamaskar A and B) and then continue a series of established standing, seated and finishing postures. As always, breathwork will be key to encourage awareness, flexibility, strength and stamina in mind, body and spirit.

Functional Flow

Functional Flow combines the dynamic essence of primal and functional movements with the fluidity of vinyasa yoga. This class is designed to enhance mobility, strength, and body awareness by exploring natural movement patterns and seamless transitions. You'll engage your entire body in a powerful yet graceful flow, improving flexibility, balance, and functional fitness. Perfect for those seeking a holistic workout that connects movement with breath, leaving you feeling empowered, agile, and centered.
