Myofascial Release Workshop: Foam Rolling and Beyond - A Deep Dive Into Fascia

A workshop designed to educate the student on how to locate areas of tension on their own body using various tools and techniques with the goal of releasing chronic pains from home. An essential part to every wellness routine, this practice will strengthen the students connection to the physical body, improve mobility, range of motion as well as reduce the risk of injury.

In just a focused 15-minute session, experience Reiki’s power to restore your energy flow, reduce stress, and bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Perfect for a quick reset, this session complements your EmpowerHer workshop by providing a boost of positive energy to enhance your personal growth and transformation.

Sessions are $20.00 and will be scheduled between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on February 8th. The sign-up sheet will be available on the morning of the workshop.

Join Kara for a day dedicated to nurturing and reconnecting with your authentic feminine self. This one day retreat is for any female-identifying persons who wish to dive deeper into exploring how to embrace their femine beauty, strength, and power.

The day will include guided journaling, meditation, movement, and discussion sessions, and will conclude with a restorative yoga session and sound bath. Each session will be thougthfully curated for participants to safely and confidently explore ways to empower themselves to live more intentionally and to fully immerse in the present moment.

Themes from Women Living Deliciously, by Florence Given, will be woven throughout the day, which will guide participants into considering how to live more authentically, fully, and deliciously by embracing their whole, uniquely beautiful, feminine self. As such, it is suggested that participants read Given's book and come with questions, discussion points, and ideas to share.

Light snacks will be provided. Optional 15 minute Reiki sessions with Sylvie will also be available.

Led by an experienced certified behavioral change health coach with a personal journey through addiction, this class combines mindfulness, breath work, and movement to help release old patterns, cultivate resilience, and inspire renewal.

We'll flow through foundational yoga poses, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed in a welcoming community atmosphere.
