Join Kara for a dynamic workshop focused on some of her favorite poses: standing balances and binds!
This session will include a warm-up vinyasa sequence and focus on specific binds and standing balances, and is suitable for all levels. Some poses to expect are shoelace pose, floor bow, warrior III, dancer, revolved half moon, eagle, and more!
We will focus on breath awareness, core engagement, alignment, and mindful use of props. Come hop, step, wobble, and have fun!
