Join us for a 90-minute exploration of self through yoga wisdom, breath, movement, meditation, and self-reflection.
Your journey begins with grounding and drawing a yoga wisdom oracle card for insights aligned with your highest self. We’ll flow through postures (Asana) and breathwork (Pranayama) to harmonize life force (Prana), then turn inward with sense withdrawal (Pratyahara), deep focus (Dharana), and meditation (Dhyana), reaching integration (Samadhi). After Savasana, you’re welcome to journal and share your experiences before we close the space.
